KeyWestCafe was established with the goal to develop accessible standards compliant and unique features for listing management and wordpress websites. Our services are oriented to real estate professionals with high interest in improving their web presence with the latest standards compliant web technologies,
philosophy
In the age of burgeoning information resources, no web site should be intentionally designed to exclude viewers with impairments. Yet there are millions of people with impairments who are excluded due to a range of technical barriers they face when using the internet. In the early years of the web not much could be done to improve the situation because browsers were not capable of meeting the challenge to include everyone. Now, however, with the prevalence of modern browsers along with the W3C guidelines it is now not only possible but also desirable, and financially beneficial to develop web sites for the broadest audience possible. Most barriers can be easily avoided if the site designers were to use standards and to follow a set of simple rules covering site content, structure and coding.
building on the shoulders of giants
Isaac Newton once said “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants.”
With web development as with any type of development the giants came before us and we stand on their shoulders. Our quality in large part is directly related to the talent and ideas and research of the those pioneers preceding us.
KeyWestCafe uses the talent and experience of designers, accessibility experts, usability experts and programmers with extensive knowledge in their fields resulting in web-designs that are professional, clean, fast and standards compliant—meaning that they run in all browsers reaching the widest audience possible.
